Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Qrylo LLC ("we") and the business that opens a workspace on QryloTalk ("qtalk") ("you"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.
1. The Service
QryloTalk is a cloud business phone service for teams: US phone numbers, inbound and outbound calling over the internet, text messaging, voicemail, call recording, a shared inbox and an AI receptionist. It is an interconnected VoIP service that depends on your internet connection and power. Features may be added, changed or retired; we will give reasonable notice for material changes.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping credentials confidential and for activity in your workspace.
- You must provide accurate business information, including the legal name and address we need for emergency calling and telecom registrations.
- Phone numbers are assigned to you for use while your workspace is active. You may port them out; we may reclaim numbers that are unused or obtained through misrepresentation.
3. Acceptable use
Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no spam, no unlawful robocalls, no caller-ID misuse, no illegal or abusive content, and you obtain the consents the law requires for the calls and texts you send. We may suspend service to protect the network, our other customers or the public.
4. Emergency calling
911 calling over VoIP has limitations that traditional phone service does not. You must read and accept our 911 Notice, keep a correct registered address for every number, and inform every user in your workspace of these limitations.
5. SMS Program
Program name: QryloTalk Business Messaging.
Description: conversational and transactional text messages between a business using QryloTalk and the customers who contacted it. Examples include appointment and pickup confirmations, replies to customer questions, and callback notices. Messages are sent only to people who have contacted the business or otherwise opted in.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that number.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and consent data are handled.
6. Call recording and AI
Call recording is off by default. If you turn it on, callers hear a notice tone. Laws on recording consent vary by state, and you are responsible for complying with the ones that apply to your calls, including obtaining consent where all parties must agree.
The AI receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant and responds using information you publish. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what it is allowed to say and for the messages it takes.
7. Fees and billing
- Seat fees are billed monthly in advance; usage (additional numbers, outbound minutes, messages) is billed monthly in arrears, at the rates on our pricing page.
- Taxes, 911 fees and regulatory fees are added as required by federal, state and local law.
- Founding Member per-seat pricing stays fixed for as long as the plan is kept without interruption.
- We may suspend the Service for unpaid invoices after notice.
8. Term and cancellation
The Service is month to month. You may cancel any time from your workspace settings; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if required by law or a carrier partner, and will give notice where practical.
9. Your data
You own the content in your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to store, transmit and process it to provide the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every call will connect, or that the AI receptionist will be accurate. Internet outages, power failures and carrier issues can interrupt service, including emergency calls.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless the parties agree to arbitration.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify workspace admins of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
