SMS Program Disclosure
Effective: September 23, 2026 · Qrylo LLC
This page describes the text messaging program run through QryloTalk so that customers, carriers and messaging registries can see exactly how consent, opt-out and help work.
1. Program details
- Program name: QryloTalk Business Messaging
- Sender: businesses using QryloTalk, operated by Qrylo LLC
- Message types: conversational and transactional text messages between a business using QryloTalk and the customers who contacted it
- Frequency: Message frequency varies
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply
- Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out at any time
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or email support@qrylotalk.com
2. How people opt in
A person opts in by texting a business number first, by asking the business to text them during a call or in person, or by ticking an unchecked SMS consent box on a form. Consent is specific to text messages and is never bundled with consent for calls or email. We record the source and time of consent for each number.
Where a business collects SMS consent on a web form, the call-to-action reads as follows:
By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from [Business name] via QryloTalk Business Messaging about your requests and appointments. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, Reply HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
3. Opt-out and help handling
- Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT opts the number out of that business's messages immediately. One confirmation is sent, then nothing else.
- Replying HELP returns the business name and a contact for support.
- Opt-out status is stored on our servers and checked before every send, including scheduled messages. Businesses cannot override it.
- A person can opt back in by texting START or by contacting the business.
4. Sample messages
- Harbor Dental: Hi Priya, your appointment is confirmed for Tue 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Harbor Dental: We missed your call. Someone from the front desk will call you back at 3:15 PM today. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
5. Rules for businesses
Businesses using the Service agree to our Acceptable Use Policy: no spam, no prohibited content, clear identification in messages, and consent before the first marketing message. Sending on US local numbers requires carrier business messaging registration, which we complete with each business before enabling outbound texting.
