Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: September 23, 2026 · Qrylo LLC
QryloTalk connects you to the public telephone network. What you do with it affects other customers, the carriers we work with and the people you call. This policy sets the rules. Breaking them can lead to suspension without notice where the network or the public is at risk.
1. Calling
- No unlawful robocalls or autodialed or prerecorded calls without the consent the law requires (TCPA and state law). The Service does not offer autodialing.
- No calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes without a valid exemption.
- No caller-ID misuse: you may only present numbers assigned to your workspace, and never with intent to defraud, cause harm or wrongfully obtain anything of value.
- No traffic pumping, call-flooding, war dialing, harassment or threats.
- Emergency numbers may only be dialed for real emergencies. Test emergency calls must use the provider-designated test number.
2. Messaging
- No spam. Send texts only to people who contacted your business or gave clear consent to receive them, and keep a record of it.
- Honor STOP immediately. The Service enforces opt-outs, but you must never work around them.
- Identify your business in messages and follow carrier registration requirements for business messaging.
- No messages that are deceptive, that impersonate others, or that promote prohibited content (see below).
3. Prohibited content
The following cannot be sent through the Service in calls or messages, regardless of consent:
- Sexually explicit or adult content
- Hate speech, harassment or threats of violence
- Alcohol, firearms, tobacco, vaping or cannabis marketing
- Illegal drugs, gambling where unlawful, or anything that violates law
- Phishing, malware, fraud, high-risk financial offers, debt collection scams
- Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
4. Security and fair use
- No attempts to access other workspaces, probe our systems or circumvent limits.
- No reselling the Service or using it to provide telephony to third parties without a written agreement.
- Usage that is far outside normal business patterns (for example, sustained international calling or thousands of messages a day) may be limited while we verify it.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We monitor traffic patterns, not conversation content, to detect abuse. We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate service, and we cooperate with carriers and authorities on unlawful traffic. To report abuse involving a number on our Service, email support@qrylotalk.com.
