Billing
Questions about the bill.
- What does a seat mean?
- One person who can answer calls and texts. Shared lines don't cost extra; people do.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Founding Member pricing is month to month. The price stays fixed for as long as you keep the plan.
- Are taxes and fees included?
- No. US telecom taxes, 911 fees and regulatory fees are added by state and shown on the invoice.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your workspace closes at the end of the billing month. You can port your numbers out before then.
