- What does a seat mean?
- One person who can answer calls and texts. Shared lines don't cost extra; people do.
- What does unlimited calling actually mean?
- Calls to US and Canadian numbers are included in the seat. Fair use: 1,500 minutes per seat per month, pooled across your workspace, inbound and outbound together. Above that, minutes are $0.02 each and nothing gets cut off. Not for auto-dialers, predictive dialing or call-center traffic. Toll-free inbound $0.03/min. International calls are off by default and billed per minute. Taxes and 911 fees are added by state and itemized on the invoice. No regulatory recovery fee. For scale: 1,500 minutes is about 25 hours of talk per person a month, more than an hour every working day.
- How do AI receptionist minutes work?
- Every seat adds 30 minutes a month to a shared workspace budget. When it is spent, extra minutes are $0.35 each; an admin can also cap the receptionist so calls fall back to voicemail instead.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Founding Member pricing is month to month. The price stays fixed for as long as you keep the plan.
- Are taxes and fees included?
- No. US telecom taxes and 911 fees are added by state and itemized on the invoice. We do not charge a regulatory recovery fee or any other fee of our own on top of the price.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your workspace closes at the end of the billing month. You can port your numbers out before then.
