QryloTalk

Features

Everything the front desk does, shared by the team.

Six things, done properly. Below them, the honest list of what is not built yet.

01

Shared lines and ring groups

A line is a US number with its own inbox, hours and ring group. Ring one person, a group, or the whole office.

  • Give a number to one person for a private inbox, or share it with the team
  • Ring timeout per number, then a fallback you choose
  • Whoever answers owns the conversation; everyone else can see it

Team inbox: To-do, Open, Done

Missed calls, voicemails and texts arrive as items with a status and an owner, not as a pile of notifications nobody owns.

  • One thread per contact per line, calls and texts together
  • Internal notes the customer never sees
  • Assign, snooze, mark done; a wrap-up note closes the loop
03

SMS with consent built in

Text from the same number your customers call. Consent rules are enforced by the system, not by whoever remembers.

  • STOP and HELP handled automatically on every inbound message
  • Opt-out checked before each send, including scheduled ones
  • Consent source and time recorded per contact
04

AI receptionist

Takes the calls your team can't, on your terms: after hours, or when nobody picks up in time.

  • Answers from knowledge you published; unknowns become messages, not guesses
  • Introduces itself as an AI assistant, confirms name and callback number
  • Leaves a summary and a callback task in the inbox
  • A daily minute budget per workspace; when it's spent, calls fall back to voicemail

05

Call recording with a consent beep

Off by default. An admin turns it on per workspace, and callers hear a beep when it's on.

  • Recordings and transcripts stay scoped to your workspace
  • Served through short-lived links, never public URLs
  • You are responsible for consent rules in your state; we make the beep and the notice easy
06

Hours and routing per line

Business hours in your timezone with holidays, a ring group, a ring timeout, and a fallback.

  • Schedules evaluated on the server with daylight saving handled
  • Publishing a policy applies to new calls only; a call in progress keeps its rules
  • 911 and 933 bypass routing entirely

Not yet

What is not built yet.

We would rather tell you now than surprise you after you have ported a number.

Native iOS and Android apps

Today: browser and macOS desktop. Mobile apps are being built and are not part of the current plan.

Forwarding to an outside number

Fallbacks are voicemail, the AI receptionist, or a clean miss in the inbox. External forwarding is on the list.

Outbound AI calls

The receptionist only answers. It never dials out, and callback tasks are always done by a person.

Video, conferencing, integrations

This is a phone system for calls and texts. No video, no meeting rooms, and CRM integrations are not built yet.
